If you’d like a little more song in your Christmas, join the members of the New Ark Chorale as they present their annual holiday concert,  3PM Saturday, December 17.  The program features the beautiful Benjamin Britten piece, “A Ceremony of Carols,” accompanied by harp and includes director Michael Larkin’s “On This Holy Night,” carols by Peter Warlock and Jonathan Wilcocks and traditional Christmas songs with an opportunity to sing along.

The concert will be presented at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 701 South College Ave. (Rt. 896) Newark, DE 19713.  This is the home of the New Ark Chorale and all three of the 2016-2017 concerts will be performed there.

Tickets are $15 for adults; under 18 free.  Groups of five or more tickets purchased together are $10 each.  Reserve your tickets by calling (302) 368-4946.  Tickets will be sold at the door also.  Go to newarkchorale.org for driving and parking directions.  Plenty of free parking and the church is handicapped accessible.

Annual Salvation Army coat drive:  Bring your new or gently used winter coat donations to the December performance.
